Opening the Playground
Click the Playground tab inside any agent, or use the device preview in the Template Studio.
What you can test
- How the AI responds to questions
- Your journey flow — quick replies, data collection, product cards
- Knowledge base accuracy
- How the experience looks on different screen sizes (Phone / Tablet / Desktop)
Live updates
Changes to settings and journeys take effect in the Playground immediately without publishing. Use this to iterate quickly before going live.
