Template Studio

The Template Studio is the visual editor for your agent's appearance. Open it from the Template tab inside any agent.

What you can edit

Hero section The top banner of your agent experience. Use a static image or a carousel of up to five slides. Each slide has a headline and subtitle.

Chat area Background colour, message bubble colours, font, and the agent's avatar or name shown in the chat header.

Quick replies The suggested prompt buttons shown to users at the start of a conversation or at specific journey steps.

Product cards The appearance of product recommendation cards — image, title, description, price, and CTA button styling.

Device preview

Use the device switcher (Phone / Tablet / Desktop) to preview how your agent looks across screen sizes.

Saving changes

Changes in Template Studio are saved as a draft and don't go live until you publish from Settings → Deploy → Publish.
