Product Catalogs

Product Catalogs hold structured data — products, subscription plans, hotel rooms, menu items, or any inventory your agent should recommend and display as cards.

Unlike knowledge bases, catalogs are structured lookups. When a Product Card node fires in a journey, it pulls from the linked catalog.

Creating a catalog

Go to Knowledge & Data → Product CatalogsNew Catalog. Choose a category type: Ecommerce, Finance, Travel, SaaS, Food & Beverage, or Generic.

Adding products

CSV upload — upload a CSV or Excel file and map columns to catalog fields: Title, Description, Price, Image URL, CTA URL.

API feed — provide an endpoint URL. Zimmer polls it on a schedule and keeps the catalog in sync. Useful for Shopify or any system with a product API.

Manual entry — add items one by one through the UI. Good for small catalogs that don't change often.

Linking to agents

Agent → Knowledge tab → select the catalogs this agent can draw from.

Using in journeys

Add a Product Card node to your journey. Configure it to show items from the linked catalog — a fixed item, a category, or an AI-selected recommendation based on context.
