Creating an Agent

From the dashboard, click New Agent. A modal appears with four options:

Guided Setup

The recommended starting point. A conversational AI asks you questions about your business, your agent's purpose, and your target audience — then generates a fully configured agent (system prompt, settings, knowledge suggestions) based on your answers.

Prompt to Build

Type a one-sentence description of what you want. The AI generates a complete agent design including template, suggested journey, and system prompt. Best when you have a clear idea and want to move fast.

Starter Kits

Pre-built templates for common use cases: ecommerce advisor, lead generation bot, FAQ agent, booking assistant, and more. Pick one and customise from there.

Blank Canvas

Full manual setup. Choose your own template design, build your journey from scratch, and write your own system prompt. Best for advanced users who know exactly what they want.

After creation, you land in the agent builder. Work through the four tabs — Template, Knowledge, Journey, Settings — before publishing.
